The 2015 Lexus RC F has a stiff ride and isn't all that quiet on the highway. But it appeals to me anyway.

For $80k it really ought to have some sort of adjustable suspension.

Umm... it's a Lexus, not a Track Mustang. If I were to pay that kind of money, I want something that rides like that kind of money. No one says "I hate the ride in my $77k Mercedes" because they knw that it needs to ride nicely. My expectation would be a super quiet, comfortable car that I could commute to and from and enjoy every minute of it with the ability to light up the tires when asked. I get it that its not a luxury car and should be fun, but again, its-a-freaking-expensive-vehicle. I expect it to use every mechanical technology available.

This. Car has already been criticized by many for its high price, especially considering Lexus is trying to make conquest sales in this category against some well-established players. And for 80 grand, no adaptive suspension?

If the ride quality does not at least match up to the BMW M4, Audi S, Benz AMG then yeah, Toyota has failed with this Lexus sporty car, as we know it doesn't match up from a performance stand point.

Also should have mentioned the equivalent Cadillac model.

Don't all the Lexus' competitors offer adjustable shocks? Or just the Caddy w/ the magnetic ride?
