2015 Altima SL lease question

Looking at an Altima 2015 LS pearl white w/ tech package, moonroof, floor/trunk mats, splash guards (around 2k value) 36 mo. 12k in Miami, FL

This is the first quote I got from the dealer:

MSRP: $31.660
Dealer discount: $2160
Rebate: $2275
Cap: $27225

Tag/Registration fee: $498.75 (estimate)
Tire/Battery/MVWEA: $6.50
Dealer Service Fee: $699.95

Payment: $481 w/ 1k cash down??

I thought it was incorrect so I ran the numbers with 55% RV .000003 MF $0 down

Adjusted Cap: $27924.95 (rolled dealer fee)
RV @ 55%: $17413
Amnt financed: $10511.95
Base pmnt: 291.99
Monthly interest: $0.15
Pre tax: $292.14
Tax 7%: $20.45

Total: $312.59

1. Are these numbers correct?
2. I've seen here payments between $280-$290 on similar deals but maybe this is good in Miami, FL?

36/12 lease numbers on the Altima SL are 55% and .00003. Using the MSRP and your adjusted cap cost, I get a pre-tax payment of $293/mo, so very close to your calculations.

You can ask the dealer what net cap cost they are using, but really, I'd suggest you work with a different dealer - $180/mo is a huge difference.
