Standard money factor is usually in the .00195-.00225 range. We haven't had any updates to that information for quite awhile, though.

Nope.. that was 2014.
2015: Standard money factor for either model. Residuals are the same as 2014, above.

hi,
i am in boston and try to get 2015 GL450. the dealer can only offer me money factor 0.0024, residue 63% for 3 years with 10K miles. the dealer told me MB set the money factor and residue and they can not change.
how can i get money factor at 0.0018 as you posted here? how does your data come from?
thanks
You politely but firmly tell the dealer that you won't sign a deal with an inflated money factor.
The information comes from MB but is not publicly available.

The 2015 doesn't have a .00180 MF.. that was the 2014 model.
2015 model uses the standard money factor.

We closed on our Lease of a 2015 GL350 with MSRP $73,500 and added 30,000 mile service contract with total Cap of $75,000. A Pen Fed voucher of $2,000 was also used. Ten MSD's was made buying down the MF from .0018 to .0010 (and with automated payment discount) resulted in $1150 at delivery and then $849/mo for a 36 month, 12,000 miles/year inclusive of all 2.27% use tax. Residual is 60%.
Thank you for hosting this site.
Looking for 36/10.
Thank you,

I'm looking at (Same dealer in NJ):
2015 GL450
MSRP: $79k
They offered $75500
2014 GL450 CPO (5500 miles)
Original MSRP: $79k
They offered $70k
Anyone got any input on how much these prices should be? I feel like the CPO should be in the low 60's, since people commented recently that they can get $7k off MSRP on a brand new one, which would be $72k for a New 2015 model.
Thanks in advance guys!
Mind me asking how much MSRP was? And did you purchase it in full or lease? I think there maybe more cashback incentives from benz if you lease, so that's why I'm asking. Also where in the country you're located? $8500 seems like a great deal, only taxes, titles, and registration was added to that?
Congrats on your new GL!
I would figure out invoice on this vehicle using Edmunds car building section. Once you find out then take off winter cash or if you qualify for fleet discount. This will better help you analyze the deal.

MSRP $82595.
Money Factor .00120 (auto Pay)
Tax, Bank Fee, Registration upfront.I leased it in New York
I don't Think buying or leaseing makes any difference in negotiated price.
I believe there is $2500 on 2015 GL, but not on 2014. I believe fleet incentive is either $2500 or $3000. For winter event goggle MB 2014 winter event and you will see some MB dealers and click on there web site. If you qualify for fleet check on MB fleet website. Hope this helps.
Also, can you please share current incentives on this car? Can the Winter and Fleet incentives be combined?
Thanks.

What is the current Money Factor and Residual value for a 36 month / 12K and 36 month/15K lease on a 2015 GL350 BlueTEC? I have seen rates as low as 0.00120 posted here. However, dealer is telling me this rate is only applicable to the GL450/550. The Diesel GL350 doesn't qualify for this rate.
Also, can you please share current incentives on this car? Can the Winter and Fleet incentives be combined?
Thanks.
Standard money factor (around .0020) and 60%/58% residual.
The .00130 MF is only applicable to the GL450
I don't have the incentive information.

Any incentive other than the fleet employee incentive?
Thanks in advance.
Also, is there any downside of one-payment lease if it saves some money?
.00130 MF and 61%/60%/58% residual.
We don't have the incentive information.
No problems with a one-payment lease, but you may not get much of a discount from this rate. For Mercedes, the one-pay lease discounts are usually only good on models with the standard money factor.

I've been offered a $3,500 discount off a $78K MSRP with a 0.0016 MF and 61% residual on 36 months/10k. This is without any negotiation. I know the money factor is inflated and will obviously work to get that reduced...however the big question is what to shoot for on a discount off of MSRP! Any info would be appreciated!
