I picked up a formula for Excel spreadsheets to calculate leasing payments.
I have all the factors except the mileage factoring into my calculations.
How does that work?
7500, 10,000, 12,000 and 15,000

51% for 36mo, 15K/yr.
53% for 12K
54% for 10K
55% for 7.5K

Multiply the MSRP by those percentages to get the residual.

Depreciation = CAP cost minus residual

For Audi, the standard residual is based on 15,000 miles per year.

Add 2% to that for 12,000 miles
Add 3% to that for 10,000 miles
Add 4% to that for 7,500 miles
