2015 Lexus IS 250 Lease Variables (Tampa, FL)

We are looking at leasing a 2015 IS 250 RWD with Nav, Premium and Driver's Assist package. Tier 1+. What are the MF and Residual % for a 36/10 and 36/12 lease? Thanks.

    36/12 - 64% and .00050. $500 lease cash.

    Add 1% for 10K

    That MF seems low. Are you sure it isn't 0.0015? On a MSRP of $42,749 and a NCC of $39,071 based on KBB I get a monthly payment of $384. 7% tax in FL. That would be a great deal if I can get it.

    That high of a MF would only be in play if you were not at tier 1+. The .00050 MF is a special rate this month for leases up to 36 months; anything longer and the MF goes to .00070.
