How do these numbers look?

The calculations are right on the money. No markups to the MF or acq.fee, so that's good.

Considering the $1000 incentive on this vehicle, I'd want a little more than $3400 off MSRP. I'd look for another $1000 off.. That would knock $30/mo. off the payment.

I get about $5/mo. less than their calculation, but that's pretty close.
