Hi All,

My car developed some sorts of noise and dealership try to fix it. Then dealership confirmed that there is no repair they could do, so they called for acura rep. He while fixing it damaged my car. Not to an extend that it is structural damage, but new car still some damage. They agreed to fix it and pay me some 3k towards the damage but not willing to replace it. what are my options.

    1) Accept their offer. or...
    2) Negotiate for more money. or...
    3) Hire an attorney and sue
