my 2010 enclave has had one issue after another. The current one is my A/c started hissing first use this year. Took in and refrigerant was empty yet they could not find leak. They filled it up and 2 days later, no cold air (but no hissing prior). I assume it is leak but authorized dealer said no leak. Any help?

I recently bought a used 2011 Chevy Traverse, had it for 4 months when the a/c started hissing and shortly afterwards stopped working entirely.  Apparently either a hose or the compressor is bad. I brought the vehicle into Moyle Chevy in Honeyoye Falls, NY; Rick and John were super helpful and extremely kind. John looked into the issue, as I've read negative reviews on the cooling systems of this vehicle. However, I feel the a/c should not stop working at 58,000 miles. This is an obvious manufacturing flaw and should be addressed/recalled by Cheverolet.  I am so disappointed in the product and this has ruined my opinion of the company. When I phoned the customer service call center was not helpful in the least.
