Current Money Factor / Buy Rate for 2015 BMW 650i Gran Coupe

I am about to pull the trigger on a 36 month, 15,000 mile per year lease on a 2015 650i Gran Coupe.

I have quotes from five dealers, and the lowest money factor rate I have been quoted is .00128 (3.072%). I have been assured that this is the lowest rate and that it is BMW Financial's current "buy rate".

Can you confirm that .00128 is the lowest money factor rate? I find it odd that their purchase APR is 0.9% but yet the lease rate is 3.072% equivalent!

Also, the residual they are quoting me is 53%. If you have confirmation of he current residual assumption that would be great. Many thanks!

Thank you very much for confirming. FYI for 2015s BMW is providing substantial discounts off of MSRP. I am getting quotes reflecting 14% off of MSRP!
