What is the money factor for leases on new MB c300 sport ? 36 month 15 k per year

I am interested in a new C300 Sport sedan. 4000 down MSRP of 51170 inclusive of dealer discounts; taxes and registration add up to 54706. I was told the residual is 31851.00. The payment they quoted me is 812.45.

It feels expensive to me, can a residual of 58% be right or maybe the money factor is rich?

Am I being taken to the cleaners?

.00136 and 60% for 36/15 this month.

What is the MSRP?

Thank you for replying . The MSRP is 53085.00, the dealer is making a 2000 USD sales price discount, Sale Price + TTL = 54706. I am putting a total cash down of 4000 with a 36 month 15K lease. For calculation purpose I assume that my total amount financed should be 50706 and 60% residual is based of MSRP?
If that is the case I get a payment 644.33 and not 812.45 as they quoted. What am I missing?

I get $636, so pretty close to your calculation.

Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is ... if different than the $50,706, ask what else is included.
