AC not blowing cool air on 2008 Honda Civic.

I have a 2008 Honda Civic which blows cold hair at first and then starts blowing warm air.
I have already replaced the AC Switch, The compressor is running fine, there its no leaks, and I have replaced the freon and checked the the freon pressure and it is still full. Do I need to change out the compressor relay fuse?
Any other suggestions?
