2015.5 S60 Price Quote - is this good?

I just got a quote for a 2015.5 S60 T5 Drive-E Platinum package with BLIS and heated front seats (MSRP 42,325) - quote that was given is $38,100 - and said the Costco membership will get me even better price. (not sure how much lower) He said since today is the month end, they can do max for me.
Any ideas suggestions on how much lower I can go? This is to finance and buy out - NOT a lease.

Please help.

Finally bought the car... Nevile Grey 2015.5 T5 Platinum with Sports seats - MSRP 43,350. Final negotiated price 38,770 - not sure how good it is - but thought it was decent based on Truecar and Edmunds estimate. First payment is included.
