Did the Timing Chain Warranty get extended for 2010 models?

I have a 2010 Acadia, purchased April 2010. The check engine light has come on for the timing chain. We are just out of the 5 year warranty, but the vehicle only has 55,000 miles on it. Did GMC extend the power train warranty for timing chain issues for the 2010 Acadia? If not, what is the expected cost to replace the timing chain on the car?

This Acadia Forum post indicates that the warranty was extended, but only for '09 models as I read it.

Try asking for after warranty assistance and mention the extension for the '09s. It helps if you already have a relationship with the dealer, but it's worth a shot in any event.
