I'm looking at leasing a 2016 MKX and was wondering if you know the MF/rate and residual on 15k/36 month RCL. We are in Houston Texas.

Thanks.. quick question the dealership is quoting me a 50% residual for a new 2016 mkx where ford has a 54% on the 2015 edge at 36/15k. Why would Lincoln be so much lower on a new model year?

I only show a 50% residual for the FWD Black Label edition. Every other 2016 MKX is 52%-54% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr.

Higher trim lines usually have lower residuals, because it's the same base car, underneath.. Think of the MKX as a higher trim line Edge.

As far as the 2015 Edge, it's possible they are keeping residuals high, as a form of lease incentive. Residuals do not always reflect reality.

FWD - 53% for 36/15. Subtract 2% for 18K.

Add 1% for AWD

We only have residual information for Lincoln this month.

36/19.5 lease numbers:

Select AWD - 51%
Reserve AWD - 51%

No difference based on engine choice.

We don't have the MF for Lincoln this month, so we aren't in a position to calculate what the payment ought to be.

That said, $590/mo (with tax?) is a decent deal on a $59K car.

Can you please provide the Residual and money factor for Lincoln MKX 36 months 10,500 miles and 39 months 10,500 miles in Florida? I understand if you do not have the money factor since that seems to be the common theme but had to ask in case you have it.

48% residual for all three trim levels.

I have a Ford Z plan and I am looking to lease a 2017 MKX reserve 39/15000. The MSPP is $60,850. My discount and rebates take 13% off and that comes to $52940. I live in NYC and I was told the residual was 46%. there is currently 0.00% financing for 36 months so I figure the MF is 0. Are these numbers correct? The dealer wants $703 per month. Thanks for your help in advance.

I show 53% as the 39/10 residual for all the MKX trim levels in February.

We don't have any MF numbers for Lincoln, but I'm pretty confident when I say it isn't 0.

15000 miles per year will reduce the residual to 50%

Would you please provide the March residual and money factor for the Select and Reserve models with 10k and 7500k miles if available for New York, NY? Are there any differences between 24 or 36 months? There seems to be really good lease rebates on the 2016s.

I'll assume AWD, as you are in NY.

58% / 50% for 24/10 and 36/10; add 1% for 7500

Sorry, 2017 (not 2016) MKC lease at 36/12. msrp 41,150.00, selling price 37,150. due at signing includes 580 down, dealer fee of 700, first payment, transfer tag 150 and 645 acquisition fee.
