Used 2012 BMW 335i pricing help

Hi,

I am first time car buyer, and I want to purchase this 2012 BMW 335i. However, I want to know whether this is a good deal, or do I have room to negotiate a lower price? It is not certified, but it is from a reputable dealer. I also have the option to buy the extended BMW platinum warranty.

Here are the specs:
Sport Line Package
Cold Weather Package
Technology Package
Navigation
Harman/Kardon Sound System

Mileage: 29400
Price: 32,900

Any opinions would help me greatly.
