Purchase Acura TL 2010

Is $17000 for a 2010 TL with tech,
16,000 miles, FWD, automatic, very good to excellent condition; a good deal? The KBB is $21,258.
 This is a family member car that has come off lease.  The car has been well cared for and has no problems.
 Any feedback will be well appreciated.
