What is the $2400 difference between sell price and CAP cost?

.00068 MF and 49% residual are correct.

With that CAP cost, I get $750/mo.

Yes, each MSD lowers the MF by .00010. You could do 6 and lower it to .00008. That would lower the lease payment by $50/mo.

Negotiated price: 52722
Doc Fees: 399.95
Acquisition Fee: 700
License: 16.50
My Pay Off for my current Car: owe 18153, dealer trade 16700.

*Only thing that worries me on this is that he said it could drop by $700 when he sees my car. I am driving 200 miles to pick it up so I am worried that they could go lower on my trade offer. (No accidents or major damage. No engine issues, etc). Give me your thoughts.

Unfortunately I am post 34. Last child graduating from high school and they are encouraging me to do something different.

Well... if you get there and the price drops by $700, just tell him no deal... stick with the price, or you drive home in your own car.
