Lexus IS250 AWD Sport pricing help

I am hoping to get some general numbers when I go back to the dealer. My wife is looking for the White IS250 AWD F sport leased for 36 months with either 12k or 10k mpy. Any help with numbers would be appreciated.
Ideal? $350-$399 with very little down (obvisously lower if its possible)

We have enough cash to be flexible with down payments if it makes sense. (hell we could do a one-time lease pay if necessary) I guess I'm just looking for insight into what I can expect before we settle on a poor deal.

I can add some insight... assuming 45,400 MSRP - Asking $42,077 Residual @ .64 - $29,056. 1,000 incentive for recent grad. 3,000 down . estimating $651.15 in title/reg/other @ 12k/36m would be about $326/month with a $500 deposit required. Does that seem reasonable to bring to them?

First, we don't recommend making a down payment on a lease ... if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Second, don't negotiate the monthly payment ... negotiate the best selling price and decide if you want to pay the initial costs up front or add them into the selling price (cap cost).

The 36/10 numbers for the IS250 AWD are 65% (64% for 12K) and .00055 MF. There is also $500 lease cash and the first payment is complimentary.

Using the MF and residual I've stated, plus your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $388/mo for the 36/10 lease.

Each $1000 down reduces your payment by about $28/mo.
