With blis and convenience packs, metalic paint, (dealer incl heated seats on list but isn't that already included in the premier)?... What discounts should I expect? I think I can get a better deal in Chicago but not my local dealer. I know I don't have all the numbers (will try and get more) but here's what I have:
MSRP: $40,725
Lease cash: $1500
Dealer cash $1250
Dealer discount $3585
Price after disc etc $34,040.00 (I know it's off a little, may have to do with the first payment I wouldn't pay)
$414.61/mo with "0" down.
Residual (purchase option amount) $21.177.00

This is a 36 month lease with 15K miles per year. My local dealer was closer to $450/mo on a 12K mile/year lease.

Thank you for any feedback and help.

@speids8 Okay, with the new NET cap figure, I get the exact payment they do..

That looks pretty good from here.

I will get that info. Thank you for your help. I was told the payment included all taxes and fees, is there a way for you to verify without the CAP cost, AND...when I add the tax (5.1% where I live) to your number it doesn't add up.

    .00001 MF and 52% residual. $358/mo.+tax.

Of course, this doesn't include acquisition fee or any other charges. You'd need the CAP cost to get an accurate payment.

Here is the deal in their words:

    MSRP (Market Value): $40,725
    Discount: $4785
    Selling price: $35,940
    Prep fee: $168.43
    Lic/title: $318.00
    ERT Fee: $40.00
    Acquisition fee: $695.00
    Tax on collected items: $96.90
    Total CAP: $37,258.33
Rebate savings $1900 (that includes the first payment that is waived)
    Net Cap: $35,358.33
    Base pay: $394.49
    Tax (5.1%) $20.12/mo
    36 month payment $414.61
    Rate: 0.00001
    Miles: 15K
    Residual: $52%
    Res amount $21,177.00
    MRM 42,900.00
