Best time to lease a Pathfinder?

Looking to lease a nissan pathfinder SL within the next 6 mos...when is the best time to lease? Is it now during the year end clearance or do the lease deals stay pretty consistent throughout the year?

    If you want a 2015, then I'd look to lease this month..
