2016 V60 T6 R-Design 36/15 - .00023 and 55%. Subtract 1% for Platinum trim.

Don't know about MF adjustments for ED.

I am looking at a v60 cc msrp of $45,425 selling for $39,995 dealer telling me $489 for 39 months/12k per year miles. giving me $18,500 for my 1024 S60fwd. I put $5,000 down, he gives me check for $13,500 They are telling me the residual is 54%. How does all this sound? Am I getting a good deal? fair? lousy?

39/12 lease numbers:

CC - .00058 and 57%

CC Platinum - .00058 and 55%.

We do not recommend using trade equity as a down payment - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Using your prices, I get a pre-tax payment of $400/mo for the CC and $423/mo for the Platinum.

There are some up front costs you are responsible for - first payment, bank fee, dealer fee, license or tag costs - that you can use the equity to cover. However, that shouldn't total more than $2K.

What state and tax rate is this?

NY collects the tax for a lease up front .. you can choose to roll it into your monthly payment or pay it up front when you sign the papers.

I don't see customer incentives with the information I have, and there is no lease cash this month.

We never got the February numbers. January numbers have expired, so they won't help. Only thing we can hope for are new numbers later this week for March.

The numbers quoted in November for 2016 V60 T5 FWD Premier were .00023 and %55. Looking at the current Volvo national lease offers and working back from them, the numbers haven't changed too much:

V60 T5 Drive-E FWD Premier with Heated Seats and Metallic paint:
$289/month for 39 mos. with $3469 down. MSRP $40,100.

The invoice on that is around $37750. There's currently $2750 available in Volvo dealer rebates. Working backwards from those numbers using the November MF and residual, the sale price for the car with that offer would be around $36300, leaving the dealer with a healthy $1300 in margin. So, the residual may have gone down to 54 or 53. The MF may have gone up to 0.00030. That would still leave the dealer with >$500 of margin. The changes have not been dramatic.
