How to fix gauges from fluctuating?

I have a 2000 Dakota 4.7 Recently the fuel, oil pressure, and voltage gauges fluctuate up and down. Thought it was the alternator and changed it and it still doing the same. Any suggestions?

    It might be interesting to measure the voltage at the fuse box for that circuit. This might tell you if the problem is in the cluster board itself or not.
