What is a reasonable price I should negotiate for or what is a reasonable monthly payment? My recent lease is a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe EX and I paid $220 a month (it was 36 mo/12,000).

The state is Virginia. The MSRP is: Coupe EX ($21,190) and the Coupe EX-L ($22,640)

.00076 MF and 56%/54% residual for EX/EX-L.

There is $1450 lease cash on these two models.
I don't think you added the destination fee into the MSRP. An EX coupe with automatic is $22,010 MSRP with destination.

I'll assume the selling prices include destination?


On the EX, at your price, then adding in the $595 acq.fee and tax, results in a CAP cost of $21,100. That payment would be $269/mo.

Due at signing would be 1st payment, title/registration, and whatever garbage fees they try to add.
