2015 Camry SE Price Paid

Hi,
I am in market for buying 2015 Camry SE. I got few quotes and cheapest one, I got is asking $23,959 (OTD including all taxes and charges) in California. I have seen any recent 'price paid' thread for SE, so posting this to get some idea, if I should ask dealer to come down to some agreed price.
Please suggest.

    Most of the offers I received are in the range of $20700-20900 plus tax and license. So of you add 10% tax and license, you should get around $23000. I would wait until the end of the month if I were you. The dealers that really need to meet their quote will be calling you left and right. For me, I would shoot for $22k OTD.

    No, standard w/ carpet floor mat. They wouldn't put in the trunk mat. They wanted for extra $120.
