Power steering reservoir cap

I have been trying to find a replacement cap for my mother's 1999 Ford Escort power steering reservoir with no luck. Ford and all the parts stores say its not made anymore. This cap has a pressure release in it. No pictures I've seen in searches look like it. Any help?
