Anyone know the MF and Residual on a 2015 Accord Sedan EX-L V6 (No Navi)?

I'm looking to determine the lease amount for a 2015 Accord Sedan EX-L without Navi. MSRP is $31,315. I'm in Pennsylvania and would be at 12k miles for 36 months. Using the Edmunds calculator at a MF of 0.00025 and a residual of 56% I get $425. Credit Score is 800+. Is $425 right or should I expect to come down off of full MSRP of $31,315?

.00029 is the base MF for the Accord this month. 36/12 residual is 54% for 4-cylinder EX-L w/o Nav. There is also $1500 lease cash available this month.

You should be able to get quite a bit of a discount from the sticker price; try this forum to get some expert help:

How is the $1500 lease cash applied? To the Cap Cost? Through Edmunds Price Promise Quote, it looks like I can get the EXL V6 I'm looking for at a price of $26,269...which is significant. Would lease cash be applied to that? Also when you say that the MF of .00029 is the base MF, what do you mean...can I do better with 800+ credit score?

.00029 is the best MF you can get.

I don't know if the Price Promise quote includes the lease cash or not, but I suspect that it does.
