2016 MDX Lease

Hello there
New to leasing world and wanted to lease the 2016 mdx SH-AWD Tech or Tech+AWP. what is the Residual and MF for the month of August 2015. what are the other costs other then MSRP and Cap cost that I have to factor in? what is the standard acquisition fees and taxes that i need to pay upfront? i live in VA

Is residual same for both model?

Add 2% to the residual for 12K per year.

What about destination fees does it added along with msrp

The destination fee is part of the MSRP and should be included in any offer/price. Dealerships that break out charges for the destination fee are just obfuscating the true cost of your vehicle.

.00110 MF and 59% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr.

Acquisition fee is $595 and VA taxes are around 4% (on the full selling price, I think).

Hell all. Thanks so much for the feedback. I signed a lease yesterday for MDX SH-AWD Tech. Here is the break down of all the charges and down payment. I would really appreciate if someone can help me out if there is any issues with the numbers.
MSRP : 50,210
Residual : 61 % , 30628.10
Accessories : 520.30
Vehicle Sale price : 45000
Down Payment : 5000 + 520.30+ first month payment of 431.15
monthly payment : 431.15
Money factor : 0.00110
VA Tax : 1890.89
Gross Capitalized Cost: 48745.32
adjusted capitalized cost : 43225.02 (48745.32-5000-520.30-431.15)
Dealer processing : 599
Acquisition fees : 595
license , title and reg : 52.75
online service : 10
Rec Tax : 77.38

eprice: $52,324 + tax plates etc

want to lease for 36mo/12k/yr. 
quoted $698/mo 36/36. 
Only First month payment and plates due at signing. 

Does this sound right?  
IL resident but not Chicago or cook.

Using your pricing, I get a payment of $590/mo plus tax. Dealer may be marking up the MF. Also, get the net cap cost - if it's higher than the eprice, have the dealer explain the difference.
