2001 Kia Sportage hard to start

I have a 2001 Kia Sportage 4x4. It will only start with the throttle high are you have to turn it over about 10 times before it will start. Changed Head gaskets,throttle cable,throttle body, crankshaft position sensor.

double check your fuel injectors are working/connected properly. also possibly fuel pump, but i doubt that, i expect the problem to be related to the stuff you touched when you did all that engine work.
