Brent, you're a terrible father!

You're exposing your child to carcinogens while pumping gas, and even possible strangers. He's practically breathing in the fumes like that! Get that kid back in the car and make sure that it is locked while YOU refuel.

Also, children's eyes are more vulnerable than ours to the sun, he needs a cap and sun glasses (yes, both). Shorts are poor parenting form, pants will protect his knees more if he falls.

Other than that, he needs a haircut.

You have 72 hours to comply, further complaints will be forwarded to Child Services.

The only thing I'd worry about is fuel splashing into his eyes; I've seen it happen (to an adult), and that's nothing to trifle with.

Based on the picture, I'd guess that his "help" was limited to wiping down the nozzle, not actually filling the car.
