Heat only on passenger side

This car has manual controls for HVAC. I bought a factory technical service manual 2001-2006. problem is my car has cable for hot/cold blend door. The manual I have says my car has actuators for the HVAC controls. No where in the manual is there repair for a Sebring with cable actuated blend door. Can anyone shed some light on this! Thanks.
