    My girlfriends Sonata does this also. Very frustrating to have to press "random" every time you get in the car.

    I drove a 2010 Terrain that did the same thing. Every time we shut the car off it would forget the shuffle. And similar to above it wasn't just a button on the main screen you had to go into a sub menu to find it.

    Does it do this if you use a USB stick as the music source too?

    My current car (Genesis Coupe) and my last car (BMW 335i) both do this. My Charger before those two actually remembered to stay in random. It can't be that difficult to program that into the software.
