    "Smart" for whom? The only thing this car excels at is being tiny. Okay, that's great for people who need to park in dense inner cities. But from every other perspective this vehicle is just an expensive clown car. Its fuel economy is no better than any of a variety of well reviewed compact cars, and these cars are all significantly better for safety, performance, comfort, and versatility.
