I have a 2010 grand caravan 4L. I cannot open locks with either fob. I then open vehicle with the key. I get in and try to start it. Nothing no lights, horn door locks. Then I try to remove fob and it will not come out. We tried to jump start the vehicle and noting. No power anyplace. Any suggestions?

Guess I'd pull the battery out and take it to an auto parts store for a free load test.

If that's a hassle, you could check all the battery connections and retighten as necessary.

Could be something else (blown relay?) but the battery is an easy item to rule out first.
