i am looking to lease a 2015 328 BMW any good deals that I should take into consideration I only want to put 1000.0 down. i want to pay only 475.00 let me know thanks

Hard to say - we need some additional information -

What is the MSRP?
What is the selling price?
What is the lease term and how many miles per year do you want?

Msrp 43000. Selling orice is 38000 10k miles a year payment 430. Let me know if its a good deal

The 36/10 lease numbers for the 2015 328i are .00134 and 64%. There is also $1500 in buildout cash available from the dealer; this may already be reflected in the selling price you've given me.

With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $379/mo.

What state is this and what is the tax rate?

state of CA they gave me a payment of 430.00 including tax. Is this a good deal Selling price is 42860.00 i am getting it for 37,000.00 without taxes ofcourse.

With your revised numbers, and knowing the tax rate, I now calculate a payment of $384/mo with tax.

Find out what the net cap cost is .. if higher than the $37,000 selling price, ask the dealer what they've added.

Too high? You want a high residual, as that keeps the monthly lease payment low.

Is it based in reality? (as in - will this car really be worth 64% of the sticker price 3 years from now?). Probably not. Inflated residuals are fairly common among luxury brands - allows them to offer $299 / $399 / $499 payments.
