Is this for a base model?

If so, the 36/10 lease numbers are 64% and .00155.

Using the MSRP and selling price you've provided, I get $294.10/mo before tax.

The $2995 down, if all used as cap cost reduction, would bring the payment down about $84/mo, so still $210/mo before tax.

Not enough information .. how does the acquisition fee get paid? Where are the sales taxes being accounted for (NY taxes the sum of the payments, which can either be paid up front or added to the lease amount)?

Seems too good to be true ...

Thank you, I thought so too. It is an advertisement, so I have to find out the answers to the questions you posed.

Taxes are additional and the acquisition fee is paid up front. So, I think up front it is $2,995 plus $795 plus taxes of approx $627 taxes, which is $4,417.

If that is close, then all-in for 3 years is a total of $11,581 ($7,164 total lease payment and $4,417 up front)

Acquisition fee for Subaru is $595.

We aren't fans of making a down payment on a lease ... if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Yes I have seen that and agree, I am just trying to see what they are exactly offering so I can possibly then get them to roll the down payment into the lease at the best terms that I can.

In other words I am trying to establish my own terms before I go in and negotiate it, to the extent that I can...

    Thank you.
