2016 Mazda6 Touring Tech package & fog lights

Hi,
I'm interested (in leasing) the 6 and would like to have fog lights and both the moonroof & technology package but when building the model on the Mazda site, you can either have fog lights or the tech package but not both. Does anyone know why that is? I know the fog lights aren't as a big deal as the other features but I like the way they make the front look complete.

Are you building an i Touring Sedan (2.5L 4-cyl. 6-speed Automatic)?

Our build tool shows that LED fogs are available with the Touring Technology Package and Moonroof.

There could be an issue with the Touring Tech package since it adds LED Auto on/off headlights with Auto Leveling, LED daytime running lights and Adaptive front lighting system. Since you're building yours at MazdaUSA.com, then best ask the dealer what the deal is. Our info could be wrong.

Thanks for your reply and input! Yes it was for the touring automatic. Maybe it's just on the mazdausa site and/or with my area. I checked the 3 colors I liked in the touring at all my local dealerships and none had both.
I can ask the dealership if it's possible to add later or just get used to not having them.

Neither , the dealer will bring your choice from another regional dealer as long as you insist on your choice.

This dealer site makes it sound like fogs are only available on the Grand Touring. I checked inventory in LA, San Fran and Atlanta (about 400 i Touring models) and didn't see any with fogs.

I'd ask the dealer to add them at purchase since then the install would be covered by warranty.

Since you are leasing though, I don't think I'd bother unless I had to commute in one of those fog prone areas, like the lower Hiwassee River near Chattanooga. I guess they could be handy out here in the Southwest for those big dust storms we get.

Leased a Touring that had the tech package. Wow! With the led's I think I'll be good when we get our heavy rains.

You're in the Southwest and you get rain?

(We've actually been surprised at the rain storms here since we moved to NM a year ago - I think we may have brought some of it with us).

I'm in nv and we can get the downpours and then the streets flood. Sucks having to drive through it!
