2003 Dakota jerks when driving uphill and in a right hand curve or turn.
I have a 2003 Dodge Dakota 4X4 with the 3.9L V6 and an automatic transmission. The truck runs just fine most of the time, however when driving around a right-hand curve or turn and more so when on a hill, the truck jerks. It acts like a brief interruption in the engine, the rpms drop briefly. The jerking may occur 3 or 4 times, until the truck is back on a straight section of road. I have done a complete tuneup, including oil change, plugs, wires, rotor, distributor, removed the throttle body to clean it and the sensors. I have replaced the crankcase position sensor, and the Throttle position sensor. None of this has solved the above problem. I pulled the cover off the differential and check the gears in the diff, all good. I also dropped the fuel tank and replaced the fuel pump assembly.
Any ideas??
