2000 Cirrus 4 speed automatic transmission swap to 2000 Neon?

has anybody ever swapped a auto trans from a 2000 cirrus to a 2000 neon?? I have a 2000 cirrus, donor car, 2.4 4-spd auto, will this trans physically fit into my 2000 neon in place of the 3-spd automatic ?? Im doing a 2.4 engine swap to the neon and would like to use the 4 spd trans too if it would fit into the neon chassis
