November money factor

Can anyone confirm the November money factor for an X4? I saw somewhere it was 0.0013, but dealer is saying 0.00171. Not sure if it is an upsell or something I don't know about. I have good credit.

    .00131 is the base MF. BMWFS allows the dealer to markup the rate by .00040 maximum for extra profit.
