timing belt

I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring with 38,000 miles on it. It is parked in my garage all the time and only drive it once in a while in the winter time and drive it more often in the summer time. The dealership suggested that I have the timing belt replaced. Considering the above factors, do I have to have it replaced?

The recommended interval is 8yrs/105,000 miles. No one can predict the actual lifespan of the belt. If it breaks it is a major expense so it is advisable but the choice is yours.
