capitalized cost - $32,500
I live in NW Indiana (Gary Area)
12,000 mile/36 month

2nd question - does the down payment amount ( used to decrease capitalized cost) affect the MF or residual

Which Outback model? (Premium, Limited, base?)

The down payment has no effect. It only lowers the payment a corresponding amount.
