I have a 2012 chevy traverse ls and when I put it in drive and drive maybe so many feet up the road I hear / feel this clunck type noise drivers side. I feel it on the floorboard where my foot rests it goes away it just happens real quick again when I'm driving so many feet. Really would like to know what is. I've had the dealership look into it and they don't find anything. Here's the crazy thing so I drove a 2015 Travers and it did the same thing which I find strange so is anyone else have this issue or know what I'm talking about?

Sounds like the ABS self test to me. On some cars if lightly rest your foot on the brake pedal as you drive off first thing after starting the car, you can feel a little vibration at the same time your hear the noise.

If that's what it is, it's normal, especially since another Traverse did it. The ABS self test noise can vary a lot from one brand of car to another. (link)
