2016 CR-V EX purchase price and buying experience

Hi,

I just bought Honda CRV 2016 EX Basque red color today for 25900 out the door price here in Dallas, TX..with 5 free oil change, free car wash, loaner vehiacle, tire rotation, key replacement for an year... is this a good deal?

the 2015 CRV EX was offered at 25500, so i have decided to go with 2016 as its just $400 difference.

    FWD? What was the selling price of the CR-V before the fees and taxes, etc.?

    Invoice is $25,149 and TMV is $25,789 for the FWD version of the EX. It sounds like you did well.

    And yeah, for the difference I probably would have gone for the 2016 too. Congrats!

    @Stever, Thank you. Yes, its EX FWD. The finance guy told me invoice price is $25268.MSRP price shown on the Car is $26,725. They offered me $24000 before taxes, dealer fee, doc fee, destination and handling, these additionals would have been another $2000.

    P.S - They offered me $25500 OTD on the phone, but once i went there they added $400, so i traded that extra price with 4 free oil changes, they were not ready to sell for 25500

    Sometimes invoice gets "adjusted" by ad fees. I didn't change the zip code for Dallas when I checked numbers but I recall seeing an ad fee for Texas the other day, so that may be the difference. The MSRP matches ours.

    For other shoppers, it looks like your selling price before fees (but with destination) was $24,880. That's about $300 below invoice. Pretty good for Texas. Those in some areas, like around DC, should expect another $500 off already.

    btw, next time they bump the phone price up after you get to the dealer, walk out and regroup. :)
