Don't have the money factor for the hybrid, but it's likely to be high (.00190 or so)

Same numbers for both trims - 64% residual and .00153. I don't see any lease cash for the Boston area, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

We've heard anecdotal evidence that they do. But, it's obviously not widely used, and we don't have any details.

Thanks for the great work moderating the forums. Looking at a 2016 Toyota RAV 4 Limited AWD (Gas) and both the XLE AWD and Limited AWD (Hybrid) in SW Connecticut and wondering what money factor and residual applies for February under the following scenarios:

36 Months / 10,000 miles/year
36 Months / 12,000 miles/year

Also, our lease is up at the end of March (and the end of the quarter for the dealers). What's your best guess on terms getting better or worse in March? Thanks!

Gas: .00060 MF and 61% residual. $500 lease cash.

Hybrid: .00092 MF and 65%/62% residual for XLE/LTD.

36mo, 12K/yr. Don't think Toyota has a 10K/yr option.

Residual values are good through the end of March, though the MF could change next month. No idea if it will go up, down or stay the same.
