Thank you! Just scored a great lease using this info. $283/month with $1000 down for 36/15 which included first payment. There was $4050 in rebates I was able to tack on along with getting the sticker price down before the rebates. MSRP was $33,050. Thanks again!

Thank you! Just scored a great lease using this info. $283/month with $1000 down for 36/15 which included first payment. There was $4050 in rebates I was able to tack on along with getting the sticker price down before the rebates. MSRP was $33,050. Thanks again!

I leased a 2016 Equinox LT AWD with convenience package and the V6 (MSRP of $32,820) in NJ for $239 a month with 0 down (except for taxes and fees that added up to $1405) for 24/10 on the 31st. Pretty thrilled with it considering it is my first lease

Im in NY working on a lease for my brother in Chicago,Illinois. MSRP on vehicle is around 30,250. I have the GM employee family discount. IIm being told money factor is .00075, residual is 59%, and their are three rebates/cash available 1300 lease cash, 500 loyalty,and 750 Gm Lease Program- is that accurate? someone mentoned another 500 somewhere- also Taxes on this does not appear right- in the disclosure under capitalized costs ,there are taxes listed for " tax on cap cost reduction" and then sales tax( 162.10 + 1049.71)...then at the bottom says Sales tax on monthly payment (28.38)...I have leased in NY before, but this one is first in Illinois- which i have heard has a different tax structure...any help appreciated! thanks Buffalo Bob

If it's an LT and the term is 36/12, then the MF, residual and lease cash is correct. We have no information on the other incentives.

The rebates are taxable.. that's where the CCR tax is coming from.
If he is actually in Chicago, the state sales tax is calculated on the sum of payments and collected upfront (or, rolled into the CAP), plus the city of Chicago further taxes the monthly payment (and collects it monthly).

If in the city, the total tax rate is effectively 17%-19%.

I am offered a 39-mo lease on 2016 Equinox LS for 280/mo + 1,500 all-in cash (includes first month payment). 10k miles/year. Dealer is saying deal is only good through 3/31. I am in second to last month of my current 39-mo lease with the same dealer. Trying to figure out if this is a fair deal. This is in south Florida. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I get $299/mo.+ tax with that CAP cost for 39/10.

$249/mo.+tax, with another $1900 off.

I have an offer for an LTZ trim MSRP 34,560 selling price 33,177. The write-up shows 750 bonus cash and 750 rebate. Ohio dealership.

36 month, 12k miles a year= $360 payment.

Is this in the ballpark? Not trying to land the best deal ever recorded, just want a fair deal. I would imagine the selling price on this is still too high, but not sure if these vehicles are going for above/at/below invoice.

How many miles per year?

I confirm the .00075 MF

On the surface, the $270/mo, if it includes taxes, is a decent payment for a car that stickers at almost $29K. But, we'd need the details to know for sure.

It is for 39 months and 12Kmiles per month.I will only pay $570 out of pocket for the 1st payment and DMV(plates & registration). Does it make a difference that my credit is Tier 1, I thought the payment would be a little less. What would be a great payment for this vehicle? Thanks.

I doubt you can use loyalty and conquest cash. Usually it's either/or.

No idea on other incentives.

According to cars dot com, $940 lease cash. I suspect it's correct as they nailed the MF above but expressed it as a 1.68 percent interest rate. Also 1,500 conquest or $500 loyalty -- I think you can only get one or the other.
