Sirius Radio Not Working

Hi, I have a 2009 Town and Country. Every so often my Sirius radio will stop working and the screen will display "no module". Has anyone seen this issue before? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    When I had Sirius I noticed blackouts in certain areas, or going under bridges, etc.

    You might want to check into the Sirius Support Center for this one. Not sure if some kind of firmware update might help here. You'd have to ask Tech Support.

    robby might be on to something though...if I were you, I'd check the connection between the car's radio and the sirius module.

    If all this fails, then it seems a new module is in order.
