Torsion bar adjustment

I raised the front of my 02 1500 HD with the torsion bars. The passenger side I turned 6 times
and the driver side I had to turn 10 times to get
it level. Are there any problems I should be aware
of by doing this?
Should I do an alignment?

on how high it was when you started. The camber is highest when the upper control arm is level, that is, the wheel is out at the top compared to the bottom. The upper arm is shorter than the lower, and displaces inboard more than the lower whether high or low. Gm trucks also increase toe in as the height goes up.

If it was lower than specs when you started, you may be okay. If you are way higher than specs, you will wear tires faster.

What size socket did you use? Did you raise the truck to it?

I used an 18mm socket and I raised the front 1 inch.

Did you raise the truck up on jack stands?

truckluver

Yes. I raised it up so the wheels were off the ground.
