I am looking for lease info/incentives on a 2016 4Runner Limited with 3rd row seating. Interested in 36-39month lease with 15k miles per year, in Maryland. Does anyone know when is the next Toyotathon program and whether 4Runners have any specials?

.0020 MF and 65% residual for either. in VA.

NC: 75%/73% residual, but no clue on the money factor. NC is in the SET distributorship area, and may not figure residuals as a percentage of full MSRP.

Why are the residuals up to 10% higher in NC vs VA?? Can I work a lease deal in NC , or can I NOT take advantage of this if I'm registering the vehicle in VA??

NC is part of the SET distributorship.

I would doubt that you could lease an SET vehicle outside of their area (but, I don't know for sure).

Keep in mind, SET uses the "old" way of figuring residuals, only applying the residual to the base MSRP. While TFS switched to the standard method, last year. The residuals might not be all that different, in reality.

The numbers given here really helped me negotiate my lease deal. Thanks Michaell! I have another question:

My dealer and I have tentatively agreed on all lease terms. However, because of the specific color and options combo that I want, we'll need to order from the factory, so it could be a couple months before it arrives. My dealer is telling me that there may be a risk of residual changing (possibly MF) between now and then.

Is this true? Is it not possible to negotiate all lease numbers upfront before ordering from the factory? I really want to avoid a situation where I've paid a deposit for a vehicle I really want only to have the terms of the contract change on me once it arrives.

I don't know how Toyota does it, but some brands allow you to lock in the lease terms either at the time of order or when the car is delivered. Can't mix and match.

that said, Toyota only updates their residual quarterly, so don't expect it to change until July. And, that is the standard MF from Toyota, so doubt that will change, either.
