2016 GL450 Lease..

Hi Guys,

I have been seeing such great deals on here.. Being brand new to leasing, I hope someone can help me out. I tried to talk with a dealership for a lease on 2016 GL450

they didnt disclose MF for me but gave me these numbers
36 months/12000 miles

Market Value Selling Price 77,000
discount 4000

after delivery fee 73615 tax NOT included

no down payment, just 1400 for first months payment and fees is 1091/month

It seems considerably higher than most lease deals ive seen on here.

Any input? My credit score is 740

.00137 MF and 60% residual.

About $925/mo.+tax, assuming $77,000 is the MSRP and $73,615 is the CAP cost.

But, the CAP cost is probably higher. You won't know why the payment is high, unless you know the adjusted CAP cost and the money factor used.
