I can lease a 2016 Tiguan for 237 a month no money down with a 63% residual. Price 24,000 is this a good deal ?

Out of Pocket 1st Month and Plate Transfer/DMV

Received a price of $369 w/Taxes which includes taking 2 remaining payment on 2013 Highlander at $375/Month.

Please let me know if $369 is lowest price I can get or if there is anymore room.

What is the MSRP and adjusted cap cost?
